This is long overdue but I cannot express how great and knowledgeable this company is. I reached out the day after a major holiday and the gentleman there was happy to meet with me about several of my Cartier pieces. The process was unlike the standard “pawn shop” experience and offered a level of exclusivity that made me feel comfortable and valued. Very poor unprofessional building the security had horrible attitude I asked them to let me up to the building and they wouldn't even call foe me it is a public. Marriott then he screamed get the duck out in my face after I had just come in like he owned the building had no reason. To be disrespect ful to me in that way and shouldn't be allowed to work as staff
