Dr. Garcia is irresponsible, just like her nurse. Since July, I left some FML documents for her to fill out. It's been 3 months, and she still hasn't filled them out. I communicated every week and no one knew anything about the papers, today after 3 months she told me that I had to make an appointment to send me to do laboratories so then she could fill out the documents.
