Absolutely incredible service from Paul and the team. On Monday I delivered a mess of a PC with so many parts issues, by Friday Paul had completed upgraded it for far less than he could have charged for such a great service. Will definitely be back.
Took my mobile phone in on Thursday. Got a landline call on Friday morning and now instead of mobile being completely dead it now works beautifully. Feels like I'm back in control. Very pleasant service from Sue & Katie. I'll go again if ever necessary.
Excellent service as always
I was told by 4 other repair or IT shops that my laptop couldn’t be fixed, or the hardware wasn’t available, or it would be incredibly expensive. PC Revamp was my final try before giving up. They were incredibly professional but welcoming, gave me a (surprisingly low) quote, took the laptop straight away and I had it back, problem sorted, within a few days. I was charged the quoted price and I couldn’t be happier or more relieved. They will always be my first try from now on!
