Really bad customer service, I brought in my laptop last week for a replacement of one key which was the #1 key on my keyboard. The guy told me that the whole keyboard would need to be replaced, he said it was going to be $175 to fix it, I gave him $50 cash because he said I pretty much need to put a down payment. I picked it up a couple days ago and he told me that the amount I would need to pay is $125 so I paid $80 but before I paid I asked him why its so much for just one piece and he kept telling me that its the labor, ... read more
