Where to even start? Josh talks a great game but doesn't hold his subs to any level of quality or commitment. Out of square buildings, leaking roofs, terrible gutters, not to mention you may need to re-engineer your whole plans to meet their design....what a mess. Damaged the slab....it's taken them over a year just to get close to finishing. We've moved on to other contractors to fix their short comings.
