I went first time at this accounting firm because someone from Community Center did my taxes wrong. PBTS Accounting & Tax Services , asked me for bringing my School Tax Paper and helped me get my money back in my Pension account. I consider them very knowledgeable professional also fast. Thank you PBTS Accounting.
Made an appointment for some advice. Ming sat there without one question.completely blank. I introduced myself and started talking. 15 seconds in Ming asks me to hurry up because he has another appointment and if I could do my own taxes why didn’t I. So I left and I encourage anyone considering this place to continue scrolling.
Rang to get my dead spouses taxes done and these people were unhelpful, said the government is wrong & I can do taxes next year- the government required anyone who died to have their taxes done within 6 monthes! I'm not going to argue when I'm paying someone to get taxes done that are required by law? They aren't as helpful or professional as the previous owners- I am able to have them done now and I just got off the phone with cra- they said I should do them within the 6 monthes but yes can be done later- i was ringing aski... read more
