The customer service is very rude when you go in to the Pueblo Blvd branch . Father was helped by a younger girl with long brown hair streaks and blue eyes ( Oct 10th 2:15 pm) He was not finding his acct number & needed help she could have easily looked it up instead was rude and demanded for him to fill out paper first. My dad is a senior citizen. Sometimes you just need a little help . Did even say thank you as he left just stared at him instead of saying " Thank you have a nice day". No good customer service skills at all... read more
Almost impossible to get to live person
Great businesses banking. And an awesome manager at the south side branch. Makes things easy.
I did have an issue all week with an overdraft fee and a manager not wanting to help and being rude I thought I was going to have to change banks but Jessica from head office called me and really listened to me and helped resolve my issue that's all I ask for is the respect and care I've been a customer there for a long time and that's exactly what I received today thank you Jessica and PBT a great and highly recommended bank !
