Lost my check, won’t let you mobile deposit on weekends, will try to charge you for just about anything. By far the worst bank I’ve ever used. Can’t wait to be able to close my account.
There is a girl at this south side branch that works the drive thru but helped me inside today and she was so HATEFUL!! I'm never going back to that south side branch cuz I'm sick of being treated so rude!!
The customer service is very rude when you go in to the Pueblo Blvd branch . Father was helped by a younger girl with long brown hair streaks and blue eyes ( Oct 10th 2:15 pm) He was not finding his acct number & needed help she could have easily looked it up instead was rude and demanded for him to fill out paper first. My dad is a senior citizen. Sometimes you just need a little help . Did even say thank you as he left just stared at him instead of saying " Thank you have a nice day". No good customer service skills at all... read more
