This place is a joke. For a month now I can't use my card unless I use a pin. So that means no online purchases, I can't pay my bills, can't make a grocery order to pick up. I asked what are they doing to remedy this they said they're working on it. I asked what are you doing to make it up to the customer. This woman had the audacity to tell me that she's providing us with cash and cashier's checks. Isn't that your job as my bank holding my money? Would leave zero stars if possible. They don't care about you, your money is NOT secure with this so called Trust Bank. Was charged mulitiple fees on my own money for non activity. No letter in advance, can't find this rule in the policy agreed too. Extremely silly. We have several other accounts we haven't touched in years, and our money is safe there. Use a credit union they would never do this.
