If I could give it less stars I would. Search PBS systems Calgary to get a better idea. Only the employees like it and even then..do they? 10/10 people surveyed would recommend never using this product. Everything is wrong with it. You must enter a cause line, you can't just click off a line to close a box you have to hit the micro x, you must accept / punch on a job to close it, hell, even the colour choices are stupid.And lets not start with the consistent crashing, woah that didn't go well messages, or other issues. We switched to PBS last month and our trainer Reg Sims did a fantastic job - he went above and beyond to make sure our department got up and running smoothly, and has been a big help with further questions and issues after installation!
