Just about to exchange on our first house and got our mortgage through PBS. I'm self employed and I know lenders can be tricky with people in my situation, so I was quite apprehensive. Well today we completed on our new home. I initially dealt with Joe around 16 months ago in relation to getting a mortgage but wasn't ready at the time to proceed and later ended up going back when i was in a position to buy, and ended up dealing with Katie.
