The first loan through the bank was great and thought we’d give them more of our business however for our new mortgage it was worst lending experience ever. Bank never has correct information constantly sending change of address (to the current address lol) reported 3 missed payments to credit union even though I have proof of cleared statements on time. Now try and get ahold of someone that can fix it is impossible! Do not recommend
Great service, always a pleasant experience.
We're happy with this bank. We like the program they have for seniors and I love being able to deposit my paychecks through my phone. I've had great customer service.
Terrible customer service. Do yourself a favor and bank with a reputable bank. Seriously. This bank is closer to the 1900's than 2018.
