I would never use this company. They didn't deliver the hand cranks with the windows, forgot to order the front door and the hardware for our new home. We felt they didn't care at all and it required multiple emails and phone calls to get them to follow through.
I was in need of some replacement parts for a desk for the college I work at. Lucy and Jennifer took care of me. Rather quickly I must say. Hassle free, professional and extremely courteous. That is the epitome of proper customer service. For all your commercial interior needs, it's PBI for the win!
