Very disappointed in the PBBS driver I encountered this morning in Elk River merging onto Highway 10. He was driving extremely aggressively, tailgating others and myself so closely that I couldn’t even see the front of his work vehicle in my mirror. When we exited onto the Highway 10 ramp, he continued this dangerous behavior—throwing his hands in the air, clearly agitated, despite the fact that I was going the posted speed limit and had cars in front of me preventing me from going any faster.
