I paid $70 for a battery, and $15 extra for advise, even though the young men with his charming cute face, and dirty fingernails, mention his boss told him not to charge for it, and the technician offered me full credit for the battery, then he say no, so many stories, at the end, I lost all of my contacts, my life line, at 64, just closed my business, working only part time to aid my social security, dealing with heart issues, not able to even call my grandaughter, or any of the few clients I have, I still have that old pho... read more
