Great service today and generally the best prices
Good Customer service in general
Inventory between stores and what's actually available is incredibly disappointing. Have had multiple trips to both this branch and Hornby for items "available in store" only to be told they have none in stock. This regularly ends with being told the other branch has stock only to get all the way there to be told they don't either. Is this not the point if inventory software. Often met with a "too bad" attitude from staff also.
