Misfiled my state taxes which resulted in an audit on my account. Was informed that filing state was included in the $1100 that I was charged to file, just learned about the audit and sent an email to the tax preparer. Received a phone call from “Theresa” stating that I didn’t get charged for her to file my state and more or less it’s not their problem when in fact the state representative from where I live TOLD ME IT WAS THE TAX PREPARERS MISTAKE!!!

A big scam I don't know who she hiring to do taxes but she hired the wrong people the girl didn't even report any of my income on my 1099 form for me doing Uber now the IRS saying that I owe $22,000 I hope she is gone out of business
