If I could give less than single star I would. No one takes responsibility for anything, and you are transferred back and forth constantly with no resolution.

Terrible portal. Slow, and cumbersome. Cannot retrieve reports. The web portal works erratically, and it is a hit or miss at best.
If there was an option to do fewer stars I would use it. This company has never responded to my requests and I have called and sat on hold for over an hour and no one ever picks up. I am contacting the carrier and telling them of the difficult time we have had just to get access to remits and I will be recommending to anyone I encounter NOT to us payspan.
