This tax placed filed my taxes 2025 so I thought being a return customer would matter. IT DID NOT! I called with reassurance of a call back 6 times over the course of 3 months. Once I was able to send documents via portal, still no call back, no message, nothing. Called again and again until it was April 15 and still no call back. This place has no respect for returning customers and no respect for returning a simple phone call, text or message. They were very nice at the interview March 9th. I entrusted my S-Corp extension and Personal tax to Jeb. But I didnt hear back week after week. Today the April 15, 2025. I went in to check on my returns or extension. NOTHING was done. They gave my papers back. Do not trust this organization, if you want to file correctly and on time.
They use a fake radio ad which is suppose to be from DJT. Fake!
TurboTax is free....unfortunately Alzheimer's is too!
