I had a truly great experience with Jennifer at Payson Rent-A-Car. My friend and I were driving from Phoenix to New Mexico to visit my mom when my car suddenly started acting up as we approached Payson around 4:30 p.m. (right before they close) with a storm rolling in. I first stopped at Enterprise, but the woman at the counter told me, “we’re done for the day,” even though they didn’t close until 5. It's convenient and close if you live in Payson. The management is extremely nice and friendly. The vehicle I rented worked fine but, I wish it was a little newer. I'll use them again.
They have nice cars that handle the mountains going down and back up to the valley. Cars are also very clean and taken care of. Used the twice now with good experience both times.
Jennifer saved us when we were stranded on a Sunday with everything else closed. The car rental was very affordable too!
