Jennifer saved us when we were stranded on a Sunday with everything else closed. The car rental was very affordable too!
Great place! Our car broke down just getting into Payson, and after we got it towed and situated, I got a hold of Jennifer who is an absolute angel. She picked us up from the spot we were stranded and we were able to rent that vehicle right away with no issues. Highly recommend!
Louis saved the day. My transmission was going out while getting into Payson. He got us into a Kia and gave me some good advise about calling Tow truck. We did what we needed to do up in Forrest Lakes and drove the rental home to Phoenix. He showed up couple hours later to pick it up. Fair price, great service, great communication.
You saved me. My car broke down just leaving town for my nephew's high school graduation, on a rodeo weekend Saturday at 2:30p, need it now. Mechanics in town all closed but you were there and went the extra mile to assist. With all that, $90 a day for a SUV with less than 12,000 miles was more than reasonable. Thank you Payson Rent a Car and Jennifer for the extra effort to let me enjoy my family celebration.
