The reason for my poor rating is because my ride cancelled last minute, leaving me fairly stranded with little to no apology or alternative solution.
Very professional service. Both the dispatcher and driver were patient and communicated with me every step of the way. The other shuttle uses a website to communucate, won't respond if you have questions, and will quote a much higher fare. Payson Airport Shuttle earned my trust. Highly recommend.
