I do bookkeeping and payroll for my clients. My clients LEFT PayRunner mid 2025. PayRunner continued filing tax forms even up through Q1 2026 even though we have told them to stop, that we have cancelled, etc. I personally have been emailing them for TWO months trying to get things resolved and no one actually follows up. This is literally the worst payroll experience I've ever had.
