Here it is February 5th and I still do not have the w2's for my employees and these people do not call back when they say they will. I have been calling for a week and all I get is "we will call you back" and they never do or no answer at 2 in the afternoon on multiple occasions. .The w2's were a problem last year as well. I believe I am now breaking the law and they are not around to respond or help. I have been using them for 12 years now, I think I will begin searching for their replacement. They switched to a California based company and now can't fix even the simplest things. Would very highly recccomend staying away from Payroll Specialities and their California company AssureSoftware.

I have a small business in Eugene area and have used payroll specialty for over 10 years. Unfortunately they sold out to a larger company & I have the worst time with them. I had to drive over 25 miles & go into the office just to finally get a hold of someone. I told them at that time last week hoping they would start answering the phone. They have switched from processing payroll locally to a company in California. We have been with them for over 15 years and they did not communicate this to us very well. While that was a concern, the biggest problem has been that for the past 2 months we have not gotten accurate pay.
