They recently were bought out by another company and every payroll for the last 7 months has had an error they cannot explain or takes months to investigate. Their staff try to help, but the problems are ongoing. I would no longer recommend.
Seems like whenever their name changed there has been many mishaps that have occurred in my payroll process. I wished it could go back to how it used to be.
Payroll Solutions’ customer service is excellent. Very caring individuals, especially Scott and Chrissy, looking to understand client’s personal needs as they arise. Thank you for your service.
