Really like that the software is constantly up to date with any CRA revisions and changes. Any issues are dealt with in a timely manor and addressed quickly.
Best Ever!!! It is the best payroll service and platform I have ever used (and I have used many). This company received an amazing level of customer support especially during the transition phase from another payroll platform. The platform is a very easy to use with great reports and tutorials during learning phase. Payroll Connected is a great all in one software. We use it for employee info management, time cards, payroll processing, and source deduction reporting. Affordable, easy to use with great customer service.
My experience with Payroll Connected has been absolutely incredible. I never thought a payroll software could be so straightforward and manageable. I have also used their You Tube channel, to help with certain functions of the software (which have been so easy). Customer service has also been a big help (Evan in specifics), if I ever have any questions- the response is always fast and detailed. Overall very impressed with the quality of the product and diligence of the staff.
