The Palace Theatre in Manchester, NH has been working with Paypact for our bars for 4 months and they have been wonderful to work with. We had to switch our provider with very little notice for an emergency situation and Paypact had us up in running in less than a week with a seamless transition. Paypact is the way banking should be, stress free! We haven't had any issues. Anytime I have any questions or concern, our representative, Nick always takes my calls. That is most important to us! No wasted time going through an automated phone system or waiting for a return call several days after the fact. I highly recommend Paypact.
We are very happy with our new Clover credit card processing system that Nick at PayPact installed for us. He was great to work with and the new system is awesome. Forest Appliance appreciates the time he spent with us getting it all up and running.
