The worst customer service ever. The staff can't explain the problem and just be patient enough to explain it to a customer.

This place is a joke! My husband went here to cash his check. The first time they said he need to wait for authorisation, that's fine, he wait, check cashed. Cool. This week he goes in and hands his check to the one teller that's there. She tells him "I can't cash you check, I need authorisation". He was pissed. Why would you need that 2x? He has been going there on a nm d off for years! Not anymore. She tells him to come back when your company is open. What would be the point? Well, they lost a $985. To $1100.
