I visited this Western Union branch today and had one of the worst customer service experiences ever. I walked in and greeted the employee with: “Hi, how are you?” but she completely ignored me — no reply, not even eye contact. Then, with an extremely rude tone, she said: “You need to wait until I’m done,” even though she was only cutting small boxes, nothing urgent or important enough to justify ignoring a customer.
