Extremely racist practice. Last week, my sister and I went into this location to do a money order but was not even greeted. Every question we had was met with slight annoyance and poor service. Would never visit again.
I do have to admit the spanish chick is very rude and thr place does not look like the photo graffiti on the glass windows and yes the spanish lady is very rude she must lie to her boss and say its the customers they should move her out to brooklyn bet she wont be rude anymore she forgets God sees her how she acts towards people
Close significantly before listed hours. I just needed to pick up a package and the worker closing out still would not let me in (I was there 20 min before their listed closing time). Terrible customer service, terrible store.
Super rood and unprofessional customer service, that lady must get fired. Thank God she is just a worker there, she acts like she owns the place. Listen old lady, you are 9 to 5, never forget that. Just be humble.
