Had an emergency and needed to cash my check on a Saturday after 3pm. This place was opened and seemed ok. I walked in and only 1 person ahead of me but there's also only 1 person assisting customers. It took a bit but I finally got there. Upon presenting my check, the cashier requested ID. I provided my State issued DMV License. Thought that would suffice, but after 5 minutes of clacking away at her computer, I was told now she needed my work ID as well. Employees are always friendly and ad quick as possible!!!
Awful customer service. 1 very slow person working the counter at all times with lines going up to the exit door. Incredibly rude and tried to sabotage the return of equipment too.
