The ghetto-est most unprofessional business. Every time I've ever come in, the women sit on the phone having entire conversations while they handle your transactions. The last straw was I arrived at 5:02 running from work and begged to get Western Union as I had an 11pm flight. She rudely yelled at me and stated the only reason I was able to get in was because the last person left. No such thing as customer service.
I had to come on here and write about my experience dealing with Payomatic. I had initially visited the Classon Ave location and the woman who worked there was so unbelievably nasty and rude. I have never experienced such poor customer service. It was so bad that I ended up going to a different location on Washington Ave in hopes of some sort of resolution.
