suspected racism- a Latino man before us (Asian Americans) walked in and got the friendliest greeting from the two ladies behind the windows. When it was our turn, we wanted to wire some money. We were told we needed two forms of physical IDs: we confirmed with them a state issued DL and a passport. So we went back home to retrieve a passport. unfortunately I did not receive service and help. So I made a mistake in the payment method - but could this lady correct me? She did not want to... instead she cursed loudly in Spanish - demanding sympathy from those around her. I felt a racist attitude towards me. It was like bullying. When I realized my mistake - the cashier refused to serve me. I wished her "Feliz navidad" using google translator. Therefore, for me - the service is very bad! 1.
The lady is lazy and she doesn’t open the doors on the time she is suppose to open them . Horrible place
Tried to purchase an OMNY card, was charged a $4 fee, and was not given an OMNY card. Basically just stole $4 dollars from me without an apology. Thanks!
