Today it was By far the worst customer service i have ever received in my life. I'm in the same field. The way they treat customers, the way they don't acknowledge a resolution that could be implemented to better serve my need is appalling. I actually filed a complaint with corporate today due to the lack of communication and service received. I will never go there again. I feel bad for management, obviously they are not training their employees the right way.
