The old lady has to retire. She is very old and slow to be attending such a busy place and most of the clients are Latinos. She doesn't know anything about Spanish. should put a bilingual person.
The old lady in there she say slow and never listen to the customer. She’s always doing something wrong. Also asking 100 questions for cash at check.
I was there at 7:25 pm on Thursday when it's supposed to be closing at 8:00 pm and the person there had already been closed. After I insisted a lot to make her open the door, she used as excuse that the system wasn't working, but when she saw that I wanted to use the Amazon return package she said "I should not have been opened the door ". I'm not going to use this place again but Amazon and people around this place should know how they work.
They try their best and provide service with a smile. Sometimes there is a wait, and sometimes there isn’t.
