This is by far the worst service a customer can receive. I walked in the store at Rosedale and spoke to a representative about paying my phone bill and asked her if it's an immediate payment and 3 days later t mobile ain't received any payment so my phone is still off. When I went back to them they said they can't cancel my transaction and I pretty much have to wait 2 to 5 days for my transaction to be completed and t mobile to receive my payment. Worst experience, extremely bad customer service. The agent there called Thessa was very disrespectful, don’t waste your time going there that place is a disgrace.
