This girl was unprofessional from her adittude too her being on facetime. She said her name was "Jen", I really don't understand why these females that work customer service jobs have such bad energy and adittudes. I said I needed to load my card, she ignored..... me looked down at her phone typed and sent a text then said "what do I wanna Load my card". It's sad that black females need to be rude to other black females in order to feel better or superior.
I left my bag by mistake at the window there, i went back after 40 minutes to collect it, they said i should check it in the garbage, then i find my bag in the garbage, the lady in the counter till ,said if a customer left anything they just put it in the Garbage , what a response from cashier?
