Staff accused me of having bounced a $32 check in refusing to check a 30$ check & was mind-blowingly rude & unhelpful in doing so. These places are disgusting
Aura needs to be more profesional
Tried to cash a $500 NYS lottery ticket. Was told by the agent that she could only issue me a money order then charge me 2 percent to cash it. This is an outrageous policy. I will report it to the State Lottery
Closes too early (6pm) for Amazon droplet services on Monday Tuesday and Wednesday's. This needs to be improved to min 8pm weekdays since the location is also an Amazon droplet.
