I can't stand this Pay-O-Matic they never have workers in there it's either one worker or two workers there's five windows and two workers and it's always slow you in there and your in line a guarantee 30 minutes even if it's just one person at the window. And stop saying you going to do something about it you ain't did nothing about it I've read post on here from 3 years ago and we're all still saying the same thing and it's 2025 you haven't done anything about it and I doubt if you do we need to boycott you.
Went to go get a money order $ 600 and was charged around $40 to take money off my debit card to purchase it. Went to Stop n Shop they charged my $2. Save your money from these thieves and go somewhere else.
Had paid a bill yesterday which was a Friday, August 6th. There was only one cashier on duty. The bill was to pay for my cellphone service and the form they have, I had filled out the necessary information to input. I had marked that the payment be sent on the same day. I paid the $4.59 service charge, and it's 12:10 pm on a Saturday and I haven't received confirmation from my phone carrier stating they received the payment. The cashier said my account # was invalid, but I should've brought the receipts from past transaction... read more
