The staff at this location are very sweet and respectful. Ruby and the manager Sarah make sure you receive phenomenal service! I had to come over to carle place to get assistance with cashing my check due to a check cashing in my area making an excuse. They were able to help me. I truly appreciate it, thank you ruby!!

Came to this location not sure if I could by an EZ PASS here or not, but Susan & Ruby were a tremendous help in figuring out which location I could buy one from. They placed a couple quick phone calls and they even made sure that someone would hold one for me, so that by the time I arrived there it would still be available for purchase. Two lovely ladies & excellent customer service on their behalf.
Ruby was by far one of the most kind & helpful women ever, she was very patient & understanding
