I occasionally use this location for various things like Western Union and converting coins to dollars and have found that Mala who works there is extremely knowledgeable and helpful. I highly recommend this location and employee Mala.
The lady at the counter is very rude someone should teach her how to customer service
When I tell you that they are absolutely no help. I mean it. I came in to cash a check and unfortunately it came back as a double cashed check. while trying to sort out the conflict I was constantly harassed and asked ridiculous questions and bombarded with calls even after i explained that the bank was in the process of cleaning up said mess. The Loss prevention officer and his supervisor were rude and consistently made me feel as if i were robbing them. so yes, I will absolutely never be using Payomatic again .
