I've been cashing my check there for a little over 2 years The guy behind the counter told me that he don't have enough money to cash my check so unprofessional

No entiendo porque mi valance esta bien hay , trato de retirar y no me dejo hacerlo , cuando llamo dice que devo espera 24 horas si desde la primera ocasión me decía error, y ahora no puedo sacar dinero por 24 horas que realmente no tuve culpa
