Should be Zero stars! Two huge reasons why. No Customer Service Training,and No Manager never around. There's one particular worker that's nice and is very efficient with transactions and service. But today was the complete opposite. I won't get into details but there needs to be extensive customer service training and management that checks on employees
At 8:40 am it was closed. No employee in sight
Ridiculously inefficient and rude staff. Firstly walked into them sleeping on the desk, and then she was really rude to me for giving me basic information on how to make a money order. Finally when I gave her all the info, she told me her printer is not working so she can't help me.
Says closes at 7 pm on Friday’s . Arrived at 6:30 and doors are closed. It was a rainy day and I traveled all the way rushing for the lady inside to lock the doors before closing time . Unprofessional .
