Besides the incredibly slow customer service as well the both clerks being rude, I went to purchase and ‘On the go ny EZ-pass’ tag which does not require ID. Which is stated on the Website itself as well as after speaking to EZ-pass customer service I was informed that no ID was need but they kept requesting the ID. The problem that occurred after was when I asking why do I need ID they said to put it in there system store system which I found off putting.
