I've been having my taxes done here for years. The staff is always friendly, easy to talk to, and great to work with. They always have someone available to answer the phone and any questions that i have. I highly recommend this company for any of your tax preparation needs, especially if you are a business owner and take write offs. They make the entire process painless and simple.
Called over 2 weeks ago. Was told id be called back that afternoon. No call. 2 more business days no call back. Gave them a call again the next day and was apologized to and told that the woman would be reaching out that day and they were terribly sorry. 12 business days later, nearly 3 weeks later not a call. Unprofessional, and unreliable. The kiosk at McDonalds is more dependable.
