I have also been forced to deal with this woman. She does not speak to the children assiged to her case load nor does she speak to the adults unless she likes you. She hates my family and made sure to let my lawyer know it back in 2009. Now again my family is forced to deal with this woman again and she is still up to her same tricks. This lawyer was ASSIGNED to my case by the judge to be the "guardian ad litem" in a custody case. Which is supposed to be a lawyer for the children. She never once even spoke to my kid. She didnt even write up the agreement MY LAWYER DID! But Ms. Payne surely didnt have a problem submitting a bill to the court. Im sure this is fraud seeing how she did NOTHING!
