They are always very professional and helpful to resolve our issues and answer our questions. I wish more companies strived to take care of their clients like OpenEdge.
Fairly surprised by the negative reviews. I've worked with a number of credit card companies, and this has been the cheapest, most integrated option for me that saves cards, runs recurring transactions, and integrates with chirotouch (my EHR software). Never had any issues with funding, and honestly the customer service has been great
