I have been using Paymedia to process my small biz payroll for over 15 years. After trying some of the larger, big brand payroll companies, Paymedia was a sigh of relief. I have a dedicated account manager, Lisa, who is amazing and so helpful. I highly recommend this company

Best payroll service out there. We have been using Paymedia for 5 years now and have a great experience. We have never had any issues and the staff is extremely nice and helpful. I wouldn't use ANY other payroll service.

7/21/2020 I was very late in getting my payroll information to submit today. But our rep Mary Jo Carreria called me on my work phone, then followed up on my cell phone to remind me that payroll needed to be submitted. For her to go out of her way to make the phone calls so that our company employees will receive their pay checks tomorrow is going over and above her responsibilities. A round of applause to Mary Jo :) Thank you Carolyn

We use paymedia for my company at work and it is very easy to use and the people at Paymedia are always friendly and helpful when we need them.
