Fun Place I like to shop here once in a while because the shoes are so cheap. The buy one get one special right now is nice also. The quality is comprable to the price, so don't expect more than a pair of 20 dollar shoes.
Cheap good looking shoes Ok I know most of us already know about payless and have probably shopped their before, but I really do like it for inexpensive shoes. I always get compliments on my shoes and since I am a starving student, that's always where I shop. Ususally I will go once a season because their supply changes accordingly. I've gotten everything from boots to sandles there. Hey, when you are in a bind, sometimes you just have to settle for second best. lol
