Great prices I like this place because of the low, low prices and the good selection. I especially like it for children's shoes, because they have their own brand that is very good for little feet and is comparable to more expensive brands. And who can beat their buy one, get one sales?!!
Very Nice Associates The associates are very nice and measured my toddles foot for me then helped me pick out shoes that fit her well. Not many stores will still do this! I was very happy with my purchase!
Great Customer Service. This particular location of Payless Shoe Stores is Unbelievable. I took my son there (who HATES shoe shopping) and the employees were SO friendly. They measured his feet and actually talked to Him to see what kind of shoes he liked and made him feel SO important. Finally, he started to get bored when I was looking for shoes for myself and the one cashier made a point to talk/play with him and keep him entertained while I did my shopping. If they don't have a particular pair in your size, ask them to check the surrounding stores. They will print up a list with stores that have them, and at the bottom is a $2 off coupon. This can be combined with printable coupons from their webpage. This store is great about customer service.
