Great place for shoes! I like Payless. There are usually promotions and coupons floating around so you can get a pair of shoes for around ten bucks. They don't really carry designer shoes but you can get some pretty good knock-offs. I tend to buy sandals for the summer here alot. Store is clean and organized. Staff is very helpful. I always walk out with more than I wanted, though! PROS: great prices, decent selection CONS: not a good place for shoes that get alot of use.
