I showed up at 7:50 PM on Sunday night and they had the doors locked and wouldn’t let me buy something. They are supposed to close at 8 PM. Employees were out the door at 7:53.
The employee thought I have stolen an ID when i showed him a valid ID. Saying it didnt look like me. Pretty sure he was racist.
The first guy that greeted me was nice. But the manager said he was closing a bit early because he had paperwork to do. Then the drink rang up more than advertised. Bad customer service. And the cooler room has mildew in it. Never going back to a Payless.
