If you want a company that honours "Satisfaction Guaranteed" do not choose this one. I paid to have my furniture assembled by Payless on delivery, they left with all the packaging. I did not like the tables after they were assembled but Payless would not let me return them without disassembling and putting them in the original package. They took that when they left. Excellent company. Would 100% buy from again and highly recommend anyone to purchase from them. We ordered a coffee table and side table set. When it arrived we were amazed with the quality and looks just like we imagined. We had an issue with a part. Contacted payless and received an answer back right away. They ordered an replacement part for us and had it delivered as soon as it arrived to them. Customer service and delivery guys were super nice. I bought a dining set from Payless as they offered the best price. I also needed it to be delivered in the afternoon as thats when I will be home, and they were very accommodating~!!
Despite a manufacturing delay, the store was quick to respond to any questions we had and provided on time delivery. Delivery staff were very professional!
The process was nice and easy! Aracely and the other lady were extremely nice and helpful. I love this place, furnished my whole house in 1 hr!!
